Independent
People lower in adaptability are less concerned about how their actions impact others. They make decisions and form opinions independent of other people's thoughts and feelings.
Accommodating
People higher in adaptability are concerned with other people's thoughts and feelings when communicating or making decisions. They tend to be diplomatic and tactful, and want to be on positive terms with most people.
Assertiveness
A natural tendency to take action or control in most situations.
Reserved
People lower in assertiveness are less confident in their actions and tend to make decisions more slowly. When faced with obstacles, they tend to stop and assess their options. They typically desire input or direction from others.
Aggressive
People higher in assertiveness are more likely to move forward, take action, and deal with problems in most situations. They tend to be decisive and direct when dealing with others. At extremes, they may seem confrontational or stubborn.
Intensity
A natural tendency to experience strong emotions when frustrated or faced with obstacles.
Relaxed

People lower in responsiveness are often calm and composed. They like to work in a more predictable work environment. They tend to internalize their feelings and opinions, especially when under pressure or during change.

People higher in responsiveness tend to be excitable and expressive. They prefer a high-activity work environment with a lot of things happening at once. They often express their feelings and thoughts openly, especially when under pressure or during change.

Task-Oriented

Logical Problem Solving
An ability to think through large, complex problems in a linear, step-by-step way.
Lower
People with lower Logical Problem Solving tend not to enjoy solving large, complicated problems in a methodical way. Might prefer a more intuitive approach. May use tried and tested approaches when applicable.
Higher
People with higher Logical Problem Solving utilize a methodical, process-oriented approach to solving problems. This talent helps with strategic thinking, the organization of ideas, and communication of solutions to others.
Rapid Problem Solving
An ability to deal quickly with many problems, one after another.
Lower

Lower
People with lower Vocabulary tend to learn more slowly and typically take more time when thinking about and communicating their experiences.
Higher
People with higher Vocabulary tend to learn quickly and easily from their environments. Deal more easily with new material, new ideas, and new concepts.
Typing
A measure of a person's typing speed and typing accuracy.
Slower
People with slower Typing ability type slower than 38 words per minute and/or their accuracy is below average. If a person types quickly but with low accuracy, his or her typing score will be lower.
Faster
People with faster Typing ability type words, numbers, and standard punctuation accurately and more quickly than 38 WPM (words per minute).
Integrity
A measure of a person's opinions and attitudes towards honesty, theft, and attendance.
Lower
People with lower Integrity express the attitude that at times it is acceptable to steal, not tell the truth, or have unexcused absences from work. Research shows people with these attitudes are at an increased risk for acting in a dishonest manner.
Higher
People with higher Integrity consistently express the attitude that people should tell the truth, not steal, and show up to work when scheduled. Most people fall into this range.
